The Manhattan Catholic Schools observe a closed lunch. Parents wishing to take their student out for lunch must stop by the office and check them out.  Upon return students must check back in at the office. The students must also arrive on time for their afternoon class or an arrival tardy will be assigned to the student. Students are only to go out to lunch with their parents.  Any other lunch arrangements must have prior approval from the principal.

The rules in the school wide discipline policy are in effect in the cafeteria. Inappropriate behavior during lunch may result in a student being assigned a seat for the entire period, or a detention may be given.  In severe cases, the principal will be informed and will determine the consequence. Wandering from the table for social purposes is discouraged.  Students may not leave the cafeteria without permission.

Parents are welcome to eat with their children at school.  If parents choose to do so, they need to call the office by 8:30am to be added to the lunch count.
