By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understood this application, and agree to abide by all rules including selling only my original hand crafted works. I understand that viloations may result in ejection from the show and/or elimination from future shows. I understand that Seven Dolors Church, Manhattan Catholic Schools, Parent Teacher Organization, Buttons 'n Bows Arts & Crafts Fair, its association, directors, along with any unpaid personnel and volunteers of the fair are in no way responsible for any loss, damage to property, or personal injury of any kind, and I hereby release those entitites and individiuals from any liablility connected to my participation in the 2008 Buttons'n Bows Craft Fair. I understand there are no refunds after September 1, 2008. I also agree, unless I receive prior permission from the Buttons 'n Bows Chair Person my booth will remain open for business from 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM and I will NOT begin to tear down until 4:30 PM.

Our 28th Annual Buttons `n Bows Arts and Crafts Fair will be November 8, 2008 at the Manhattan Catholic Schools and in the Church basement, located at 220 and 306 South Juliette in Manhattan. Inside booth size is 9’ frontage x 5’depth. Two chairs are provided at each inside booth. Outside booth size is 10’x10’, no table, chairs or electricity will be provided for outside booths. Only handmade finished art and craft items are to be sold. No buy/sell, factory, imported, mass produced, wholesale or ready made items maybe sold. No food vendors, with the exception of Kettle Corn popcorn. No raffles.
Set up time for booths will be Friday, November 7th, 3:30PM-6:00PM and Saturday, November 8th, 6:00AM-8:15AM. Set up times for booths in the Luckey Jr. High classrooms are restricted to Saturday morning. Information booths will be open during set up times. Nothing may be attached to the walls. Extension cords will not be provided; please supply your own along with tape to secure the cords. Crafters agree to have some one operating their booth at all times. The booth shall remain open for business from 8:30AM-4:30PM. NO SMOKING in the buildings. Lunch may be purchased on Saturday.
Crafters agree to assume full responsibility for loss or damage to their person or works. Reporting of sales tax collected will be the responsibility of the crafters.
Crafters who have not exhibited with us before agree to submit a photo of their work with the contract/application. The photo will not be returned.
April 1st is the deadline to renew your contract with current booth location. After April 1st booth locations that have not been renewed will be available upon request/payment. This policy is due to the increase in requests for booth space. No refunds after September 1, 2008, regardless of weather.
