WISH LIST ITEMS FUNDED IN 2002-2003
SCIENCE EQUIPMENT - New lab equipment was purchased to go with the new science books for grades 1-5.
Cost: $3,500
DESKS AND CHAIRS - Desks and chairs are being upgraded on a continuing basis. Forty desks and 20 chairs were purchased with PTO funds.
Cost: $2,300
COMPUTER LAB UPGRADE - MCS is fully equipped with computers in the computer lab and in the classrooms, but most of the lab units are 5+ years old. Through a combination of upgrading and retooling, we now have eight new units in the elementary lab. The eight units they replaced have been transferred to the junior high, giving students there access to the internet and other capabilities they did not have before.
