The  Manhattan Catholic Schools Council of Education shall act as representative body for the Christian community of Manhattan.  The council is both a consulting and advisory body, identifying and articulating the educational needs and  aspirations of the Manhattan Catholic Schools.  Membership includes:  principal, teacher representative, paster, parents, and parishioners from both Seven Dolors and St. Thomas More parishes.

The  principal has the responsibility of administering the educational program of the  school and is responsible to the superintendent/pastor and the council for all matters pertaining to the school.
