The elementary contains grades Kindergarten to 5th grade and has an outstanding teacher/pupil ratio. Each classroom contains 20 or less students. A new fine arts center was added to the elementary facility in 1992. It provides a media center, art room, and a music room. Along with the addition, the building contains a combination cafeteria/gymnasium and new classrooms. In the year 1999, a computer lab was added with all new computers.
"We have a great staff that is dedicated and caring. Over half of the certified teachers have more than 6 years of experience and 6 out of 23 have Master's degrees. Students and staff work in an atmosphere that is faith-filled and considerate of all. Christ is our foundation that supports our work to give children their best education and to help them prepare spiritually, mentally, and physically for the tasks they will encounter as they journey through life. At Manhattan Catholic Schools, it is very evident that we hold high standards in all of these areas." (Linda Roggenkamp-Principal)
